BioSecure HACCP - Site Surveillance


Description
This course will introduce learners to concepts around site surveillance activity.

This course should be completed by those persons within a BioSecure HACCP certified business who are conducting site surveillance or those who should have a knowledge of site surveillance activity. This includes:
Certification Controllers, Authorised Inspection Persons, Authorised Persons and Authorised Signatories.

Persons within in non BioSecure HACCP certified businesses are also encouraged to complete this course.

By the completion of this course learners will be familiar with:
•Intervals between site surveillance activity
•Site plans and their role in site surveillance
•Site Surveillance records
•Equipment used when undertaking site surveillance
•Site surveillance inspection procedures.

At the completion of this course a short test will be given and once successfully completed learners will be issued with a certificate of completion.

This course is a prerequisite course for the specific ECCP courses which are required for businesses wishing to use their BioSecure HACCP certification as part of a market access program.
