By the end of this course you should have a basic understanding of ECCP's and be familiar with their purpose and the individual components which make up an ECCP.
 
This course is a prerequisite course for the specific ECCP courses which are required for businesses wishing to use their BioSecure HACCP certification as part of a market access program.
